Top Ten Books
Reader's workshop
HW: RJ 10.2 (15-30 pages)

We began the class by asking Georgie about high school and college. She suggested that we keep track of our high school GPAs. Afterwards, we were going to correct Harli's blog, but Ms. Nakada forgot to. There were some mistakes that I saw, so we will not be getting a point. I will do my best to not make any grammatical mistakes (knock on wood).

Ms. Nakada handed out a sheet of paper where we could put our top ten favorite books. She said that we could put one book ten times, so it might get more of a chance on the bracket. I put It by Stephen King six times. It is a very good book, and I recommend it to everyone, however, there are some very strange scenes that were not in the movie and should not exist in the first place.

There is not a lot going on today.

Side note: cats are much better than dogs. I'm not saying that I don't like dogs. Dogs can be very cute and are often friendly. Most cats, however, are cuter and much smarter. My cats aren't very smart though. One of them, Thelma, knocked over a bunch of 33 records when she was chasing her tail. She also likes to eat my homework. I had to turn in eaten assignments to Ms. Montgomery, Ms. Dillmore, and Mr. Bangert. The other one, Louise, likes to climb into bookshelves and walk behind the books, knocking them off.

Everyone is being quiet during reader's workshop, which is very unusual. The bell rings.
