During typing the agenda, we discussed Conlan's greeting and a confusing quote in yesterday's blog. Eventually, Ms. Nakada and a few other classmates figured out there was a missing comma which changed the meaning of the specific sentence. Apparently, the class conversation was about love, but I spent the entire period in the office waiting to be questioned with Ayden, Jess, Kamyjah, and Cody.
Elise came over, recycled her water bottle, and called herself a great citizen. Currently, we are working on part 2 of TKAM Text-Based Questions. Heck Tate sparked a quick conversation about mayors and sheriffs. It is "discovered" that the Finches are named after actual finches. Veronica mouths, "what" to me after Ayden calls himself a "lege."
Ayden started singing. Now, we have to answer a text-based question for either Link Deas or Dolphus Raymond. The question is, "How does ________ show they are an ally to the Black community."
